insert
Inserts a text animator at the given index into the text animators of a block. A text animator belongs to one block at a time. Required scope: "appearance/animation" Experimental: this API may change in a minor release.
Parameters

the text block to update.
animator
the text animator to insert.
index
the index at which the text animator shall be inserted.
